A 60min hybrid sound bath experience that merges crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, with digital soundscapes for an immersive and transformational journey. This Reiki infused offering supports nervous system regulation, chakra alignment, theta brain waves and deep meditation.
Please arrive 15 mins early with a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else that supports you such as an eye pillow, blanket, etc. Feel free to bring a journal to write down anything that comes through or your favorite crystals to charge up! Please bring earplugs if you are particularly sensitive.
