Join One Life Yoga for a rejuvenating 90min Sound Bath: Chakra Balancing with Amanda Petro. This guided meditation is accompanied by the acoustic harmonies of 7 Crystal Singing Bowls, a Crystal Pyramid, Swinging Chimes, Steel Tongue Drum and more. Attuned to each of the 7 energy centers (chakras) in your body, the bowls and pyramid are made of 100% quartz crystal, creating a vibration and beautiful sound that resonates with your own frequencies, which addresses different aspects of the body's needs. The sound experience of these instruments combined is a sensory journey that stimulates auditory, physical and sometimes visual occurrences for the practitioner. Realign and receive on Sunday, December 29th at 8:00pm. Remember to wear something comfortable, bring your yoga mat and added support such as a pillow or blanket.
